The dedicated employees of our platform of companies (Summit Films and Clearview Packaging) make us GO every day. How do we know? Summit FIlms began in 1994 and Clearview in 1961. Each company has grown over time due to their talented staff. Today, the combined entity employs over 180 people in two states. Throughout 2024, we will introduce some of these wonderful people. Their work is the foundation of our collective success.
Brian Goodman has been with Clearview since 1988. He is the current print shop manager overseeing the company’s area of biggest growth. His innovative thinking, calm demeanor and expertise in the industry have helped shape Clearview for the last 30 years.
Len Smith has worked at Clearview since 1985. He is the current quality manager and oversees 30 plus production staff. His disciplined and equitable approach combines to help employees be the best they can be. His inspiring dedication and adept leadership have continuously managed the most important asset the company has: its employees.
Evan Brabham has been at Summit Films for over 20 years. He is the current general manager with overall responsibility for the entire manufacturing operation. Evan has seen the company double in size under his leadership. Evan’s knowledge of extrusion, appetite for a challenge and affable leadership style continues to be key to Summit’s success.
Michelle Chambers has been with Summit Films since 2000. Michelle coordinates the shipping and freight aspects of the business, shipping both LTL and TL. Michelle also had responsibilities with the accounting group and helped with the integration of a new ERP system for the organization. Her ability to take on various challenges and innate ability to relate to others has always been a big asset for the organization.
